Lovely Villa with pool near to Pollensa
This lovely villa is set in a large garden with its own private pool. The mature garden has many trees and plants and a large barbeque area near the pool with dining table and chairs and sun beds.
The well maintained house has a large conservatory/ living area with TV and DVD, this leads on to a large dining terrace. Downstairs there is a dining room, large fully fitted Kitchen and separate utility room, a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin room and another separate bathroom.
Outside stairs lead up to a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room, also this has a small kitchenette with sink and fridge for making drinks etc. Two sun terraces lead from this bedroom with fantastic views of the surrounding mountain area.
There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms.
It is only about a seven minute walk into the beautiful old town of Pollensa with all its great restaurants and famous Sunday market.

There are two downstairs bedrooms, one has an en-suite bathroom with easy access all on one level.
The third bedroom is accessed by a flight of stairs.
Further Details
A car is not essential as the villa is within walking distance of Pollensa town and also there is a bus stop nearby to go to Puerto Pollensa and the beach, but a car may be an advantage to get out and about and see the rest of the lovely island of Mallorca.
