This third floor apartment (with lift) is right on the famous and beautiful Pine Walk beach in Puerto Pollensa, itself one of the best resorts on the island. As it is right on the sea front and south facing it has magnificent views of the whole Pollensa Bay and the terrace enjoys all day sun. One can step out of the front door straight onto the sandy beach. Only five minutes from the Central Square and marina – perfect location.
It is ideal for all sorts of holidays from romantic escapes, family holidays or a sun worshipers ‘get away’. The apartment is self catered and offers the possibility of summer as well as winter holiday rentals. Puerto Pollensa still retains the old tradition of the evening paseo or stroll. Every summer evening crowds wander along the car free front looking at the painters, hair braiders, sand castle makers etc. and past the pavement cafes between the Pine Walk and the marina to view the boats. The marina is where the glass bottomed boat trips out into the bay start. There are bus services to all parts of the island. It’s a place to enjoy the sun and relax. |

Further Details
The great attraction of Puerto Pollensa is that has a friendly laid back atmosphere having lots of pedestrian walks, safe sandy beaches backed by the stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains. It is also slightly genteel as it has many old, original buildings that have all but disappeared from other resorts and a traditional weekly market. As a result it is particularly popular with families. The sheltered sandy beaches have both quiet areas and water sports. Walks in the hills start only 10 minutes from the apartment.
