This 3rd floor, 2 bedroom apartment at the start of the Pinewalk was completely renovated in 2006.
It has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area and air conditioning to the double and twin bedrooms. As well as the full bathroom there is also a second WC.
The lounge and both bedrooms have direct access onto the large balcony with stunning views of the whole bay and the mountains beyond.
The apartment benefits from lift access (replaced in 2009) and convenient street parking close by. The pinewalk, its beach and the Vora Mar supermarket are all within 20 metres. It is an ideal property for families or 2 couples.
We will be operating a Wednesday change-over until September 2010 when this will change to a Saturday change-over. |

There is a travel cot, buggy and booster high-chair for young children in the apartment.
The TV receives UK Freeview and has a built in DVD player. There is also a CD player and radio.
